Terms of use

Early access

ProductionEngine is in early access. Features may change, bugs may appear and there may be occasional downtime. We don't take payments right now; when the paid tiers open, the terms and prices will be announced in advance.

Your account

You manage your account and the access you grant your team. The security of your email address is yours: sign-in links and one-time codes go to that address. You are responsible for who you invite to a project and which role you give them.

Your content

The script you upload and the breakdown, schedule and call sheets you produce belong to you. We process this content only to provide the service to you; we claim no other rights over it and do not use it for model training. You confirm that you have the right to use the script you upload.

Unacceptable use

• Uploading content you have no right to.
• Using the service for unlawful purposes or to reach someone else's data.
• Sending automated requests that would overload the infrastructure.

Content notices (copyright and unlawful content)

Projects are not public: content is visible only to project members and to people who receive a share link. If you believe content infringes your copyright or another right, or is otherwise unlawful, write to info@productionengine.app with the link or location of the content, the right concerned and your contact details. We review notices within 3 days; where the content is clearly unlawful we disable access to it and inform the account that uploaded it. We comply with court and authority orders without delay.

AI output

An AI-generated breakdown is a draft; it may miss elements or add extra ones. Every output that goes to set must be reviewed by a human. The production is responsible for the accuracy of the shooting schedule and the call sheet.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation during early access and we are not liable for indirect damages. We recommend keeping a separate exported copy of important data.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend access for accounts that seriously breach these terms; in that case we allow a reasonable period for you to export your data.
