- Why aren't you taking payments yet?
- We're in early access. We're building the Team and Studio tiers together with the first production offices that use them; prices will stay as written here and we'll let you know when billing opens.
- Is AI usage billed separately?
- No. You enter your own AI key (Claude, GPT or Gemini) and the bill goes straight to you; we don't put coins or credits in between. If you'd rather not enter a key, mechanical mode runs without limits on every tier.
- What counts as a seat?
- A member who can edit something in the project: producer, AD, coordinator or department head. View-only members (Viewer, Set crew and Cast profiles) and crew who only see their own call sheets don't use a seat; they are free and unlimited on every plan. Pro includes 1 editor and Team includes 3, with extra editors available on Team. Studio has no limit.
- How is pricing set?
- Regional pricing: lira in Türkiye, dollars elsewhere; prices exclude tax. The number of editors sets the price: Pro is for one person, Team starts with 3 editors and adds extra editors as you need them, and Studio has no limit. Viewers and crew are free on every plan.
